So, I’ve been job hunting for a while, and I keep hearing that my profile picture might be holding me back. I’m currently using a cropped picture from a wedding, and while I think I look fine, people keep saying a professional headshot makes a huge difference. But does it really? I mean, recruiters care about skills, right? Not just some polished photo. I don’t want to spend money on something pointless. Has anyone actually seen results from getting one?
